Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or creating a profile on judentum.xyz (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Membership

Access to account creation is strictly invite-only. You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and possess a valid Discord account to register.

Each registered member is permitted exactly one account and is issued one non-transferable invite key for trusted referrals. Selling, trading, or mass-generating invite keys or handles is strictly prohibited and results in immediate revocation.

3. Content Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for the links, text, media, audio, and images you upload or embed on your profile page. You agree not to upload or link to:

Pornography, sexually explicit imagery, adult media, or NSFW material of any kind.
Gore, graphic violence, mutilation, death, or self-harm depictions.
Malicious software, phishing links, unauthorized redirectors, or automated exploits.
Content that harasses, defames, threatens, blackmails, or doxxes individuals.
Child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate imagery (immediate permanent ban and legal referral).
Unauthorized commercial advertising, spam rings, or bot automation.
Content that infringes on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property.

Zero-Tolerance Notice: We enforce an absolute zero-tolerance policy against pornography, adult NSFW media, and gore. Any profile displaying or linking to such content will be terminated immediately by staff, and associated handles and invite keys will be permanently revoked.

4. Intellectual Property & Hosting License

You retain all ownership rights to the content you publish on your profile. By submitting content, you grant the Service a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating your public bio link.

5. Account Termination & Handle Reclamation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, delete associated profile pages, or reclaim handles that violate these terms, engage in trademark squatting, or remain inactive for extended periods.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, data redundancy, or permanent profile preservation.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
